With over 20 years of practical mine experience, Xinhai has obtained the First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Mine Engineering Construction, fully demonstrating its strong capabilities in ensuring that customers' mine projects are put into production on schedule, meeting standards and achieving production. It is worth mentioning that the First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Mine Engineering Construction is an important qualification in the field of mine construction in China, with high difficulty in obtaining it. It requires the company to meet criteria such as having a net asset of over 100 million yuan, a technical team of at least 300 people with complete professional qualifications, technical leaders having more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and holding senior titles in mine engineering, and recent experience in undertaking large-scale engineering construction general contracting or main engineering contracting projects, with a long certification cycle. Therefore, obtaining this qualification undoubtedly proves that Xinhai possesses high-level professional technical and management capabilities in the field of mine engineering, with sufficient strength to undertake large and complex mine engineering projects.

COMPLETE PACKAGING AND SHIPPING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Taking the Zimbabwe 2 MTPA Lithium Mine Project as an example, Xinhai formulated a strict construction plan and ensured construction progress through the coordination of the project team. At the peak of the project construction, Xinhai dispatched a team of up to 423 people from China to the project site and hired over 1,000 local employees, achieving local employment by integrating local expertise with Xinhai's technical capabilities. These measures ensured that the project went from testing to successful trial production within a year, fully demonstrating Xinhai's speed in the implementation and execution of large and complex projects.

ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION

Mineral processing engineering is a comprehensive construction project with more complex construction conditions compared to urban civil engineering, with more interconnections and constraints between systems, and close ties to production. However, the civil engineering construction capabilities of many countries are still insufficient. In view of this, Xinhai can provide the following services for customers with mineral processing plant engineering construction needs:

Technical services. Professional mine construction project managers, rebar engineers, carpentry engineers, line and surveying engineers, etc., can be arranged;
Steel structural construction services. Considering the high cement prices in regions such as Africa, Xinhai offers Steel Structural Construction Services for Clear Water Pools, Return Water Pools, Ore Bins, Powder Ore Bins, platforms, and Equipment Supports.
Quick-Assembly Colored Steel Structure Housing Services. Xinhai provides pre-fabricated colored steel structure housing construction and installation services for facilities such as Mining Laboratories, offices, employee dormitories, warehouses, maintenance workshops, and guardhouses.
EPC Services for Mine Engineering Construction

Tailings Storage Engineering Construction

For Tailings Storage Engineering Construction, Xinhai offers the following services:

Tailings Treatment and Tailings Storage Facility Engineering Design Services;
Supply of materials and equipment, such as Tailings Storage Facility Anti-Seepage Materials, Monitoring Materials, and Water Discharge System Materials;
EPC for Tailings Treatment and Tailings Storage Engineering Construction.

Additionally, during the client infrastructure construction and production periods, if there is a need to select a construction unit through bidding, Xinhai assists the client in preparing bidding documents and aids in bid evaluation to select a suitable construction unit.

Henan 1800TPD Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold Polymetallic Ore Flotation Expansion EPC Project

In the Henan 1800TPD Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold Polymetallic Ore Flotation Expansion Plant project, Xinhai primarily provided mine EPC services. These services included Experimental Design, Complete Equipment Manufacturing and Installation, Engineering Construction, Steel Structure Fabrication and Installation (plant and steel platforms), and Process Commissioning. This project is a general contracting expansion for a Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold polymetallic ore, aiming to increase the plant processing capacity. Currently, Xinhai has completed the Mine Design and Mine Engineering Construction Design for this project. Due to the short project duration, Xinhai simultaneously dismantled the existing plant and carried out reconstruction and expansion. Xinhai has already stationed at the project site to commence Mine Engineering Construction.
