【Product Structure】
The working principle of gold concentrating table (shaking table) is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.

【Successful case】
In 2003, the gold grade of a gold concentrator in Shandong is higher, so gravity separation process is adopted to gold processing, the customer purchased equipment in Xinhai concentrating table (shaking table) manufacturers. According to the geographical location and customer requirements, Xinhai provided a 6s concentrating table that added crank connecting rod and special lubrication system. In the process, the recovery rate of rougher concentrate reached 77.78%, the hierarchy is obvious, the gold purity is 3% higher than the theoretical value, and the customer is very satisfied with this result.
