【Product Structure】
(1) Rod mill is usually selected in order to prevent over grinding in gravity or magnetic separation plant of tungsten tin and other rare metals mine; (2) In two stages grinding, the capacity of rod mill machine used in the first stage grinding is larger than ball mill’s; (3) In some cases, rod mill can replace short head cone crusher.

【Successful case】
In an abroad dressing plant, the discharge of grinding system contained water and mud, the particle size difference is too big. Under the condition of one stage one opened circuit, the grinding efficiency is lower and the material quality is poor, which far from intended goal, therefore, the owner chose Xinhai wet rod mill, the rod mill has a small conical cap curvature, which make the steel rod takes regular movement in mill, the grinding particle size is more uniform. Finally, this rod mill solved above problems, finishing the mineral processing work in a given time.
