2,000t/D Silver-Manganese Ore Processing EPC Project in Inner Mongolia

For the silver-manganese ore of Inner Mongolia, the design capacity was 2000t/d, and the processing product was mainly silver concentrate. As the properties of ore for production change, the flotation recovery of silver was lower than 30% when adopting single flotation process, which results in money losing. Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided perfect EPC project services to the mine, improved the mineral processing technology, improved the adaptability of process flow to ore properties, improved the recovery of silver and manganese, realized the effective development and utilization of resource, and promoted the economic benefit of the company.

During the project going, new equipment and new technology were applied as much as possible to improve labor productivity and economic benefits. On the basis of the existing conditions, the plant area was constructed by taking full advantage of the topographic conditions, which saved investment. Process of “SO2 manganese leaching + allwet technology of cyaniding silver leaching” was applied in the design. Process of silver slime – pyrometallurgy – silver alloy – silver electrolysis smelting was applied to smelting. The recovery of both manganese and silver was more than 80%.
