Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. undertook the 1,000t/d fluorite processing plant design in Longhua County, Chengde. The CaF2 grade of raw ore was 30.80% and the raw ore was classified as lowgrade fluorite ore. Xinhai has conducted full investigation and evaluation on its construction conditions. And through experimental verification and communication with client, the mineral processing technologies were improved. The process of previous test report, “concentrated returning of coarse grinded middlings”, was replaced by the process “stage grinding separation and sequential returning of middlings”.
